The Role


We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team. This is a pivotal role in the organisation, as we have exciting plans for growth in the coming months, and are rapidly expanding our team. You will need to be focused, organised, and able to work under your own initiative. Key Responsibilities:

Support in-house recruitment drive to fill over 50 vacant positions across the globe by:  

  • Assisting hiring managers with writing job descriptions 

  • Posting job adverts on LinkedIn and the company’s website 

  • Sharing job postings on social media  

  • Assisting with CV reviews and shortlisting 

  • Arranging candidate interviews 

  • Managing a recruitment control spreadsheet to provide the COO with relevant recruitment data                                      


Manage the new employee onboarding process by: 

  • Preparing employment contracts 

  • Using DocuSign to obtain contract signatures 

  • Obtaining relevant documentation 

  • Arranging for IT provision for new starters 

  • Maintaining global employee database 


Other HR duties including but not limited to: 

  • Dealing with HR queries from existing team members 

  • Updating HR policies 

  • Assisting with salary benchmarking 



  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential 

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Teams and SharePoint is essential 

  • High level of accuracy 

  • Able to prioritise and work independently with limited supervision 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Team player
